
Meet Karan
Karan is a graphic designer, working with an MNC for 3 years and staying on rent with his wife in Sector 24, Noida. He was looking for a project- which should be nearby his office, has a well-developed neighbourhood, medical facilities, entertainment, future development and appreciable property prices.
1st Day- Wednesday, Jan 13, 2016
One day while heading to the office, he observed an advertisement of a Real estate project in Noida Sector 25 which he found a lucrative investment – Rs. 2 lacs booking amount and rest on possession. Furthermore, the starting price of the property was too just 70 lacs. He noted down the Toll-free no. and saved it as ‘Contact for New Home’.
2nd Day- Thursday, Jan 14, 2016
Karan also did extensive research online after coming back at home; he explored the residential projects on property portals, filled-up a form, and landed to a page showing all the amenities and information related to the project. He found the following features appealing-
He then searched for other options too – but failed to get advisable options as few of them were in either Greater Noida (West) or Noida Expressway which were far from his office and moreover, few of his colleagues had really awful experience buying property there for multiple reasons.
3rd Day- Friday, Jan 15, 2016
Karan got a call from customer support team asking for further details and requesting for a meeting as per his availability. He scheduled the meeting with customer care executive at his office cafeteria for next day.
4th Day- Saturday, Jan 16, 2016
Karan took all the details from him in regard to the floor plans, payment options, prevailing offers, product brochure etc. He planned for a site visit and also thought to check the approval documents of the project.
5th Day- Sunday, Jan 17, 2016
Karan visited the site, checked the construction speed, documents, interacted with finance expert, market expert and met a few existing customers too who made him feel satisfied. He got convinced and contented about the project and then he decided to make it final after consulting with his father as he has in-depth knowledge of property buying.
The executive arranged a meeting of Sales manager and Karan’s father. They had a long discussion about the background of developer and finalized the deal.
Karan arranged the required documents for loan processing, booking and did all the formalities at the office.
And, Karan bought his first home at Wave City Center.
