Step 1: Receiving of booking form from the builder

Step 2: Duly filled booking form along with necessary documents namely, ID proof, cheque and copy of PAN Card

Step 3: Initiation of the payment procedure (vary from builder to builder)

Step 4: Receiving of Builder – Buyer Agreement

Step 5: Completion of payment (depends on the payment plan chosen by the buyer)

Step 6: Receiving of No Dues Certificate from the builder

Step 7: Initiation of registry procedure along with submission of necessary documents namely, PAN Card, Aadhar Card, No Dues certificate, and the presence of witness and documents of the witness.

Documents to be verified by the buyer which should be in the possession of the seller:

  1. a) Sale deed copy through which the seller gets property title;
  2. b) All earlier sale deeds copies for the verification of all the past owners of the property;
  3. c) Sale deed registration details.
  4. d) Property Sale Agreement.
  5. e) Payment receipts from the purchaser to the seller.
  6. f) Sale deed copy for the purpose of registration.
